The Walking Dead Season 8 will be available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and digital on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 (pre-orders are available now). The season focused primarily on All Out War, the brutal comic-inspired battle between Rick and his allied communities and Negan and The Saviors.
As always, fans will have a few options to choose from in the type of Blu-Ray/DVD package they want. Most retailers like Amazon and Target will sell it with a cover featuring Rick, Daryl, and Michonne. But if they purchase at Best Buy, they’ll get a unique cover featuring just Rick and Negan battling one-on-one, similar to their final battle in the Season 8 Finale.
Prices vary – on Amazon you can grab the Blu-Ray for $58.75 and DVD for $37.99, while Target offers the Blu-Ray for $42.99. Additionally, the Blu-Ray on Best Buy will be available for $59.99. Expect more details on each version’s features in the coming weeks so you can choose the one that suits you. No word yet on if there will be bonus features with f-bombs (we’re hoping for it too). Also, we don’t have a Netflix date for it yet, but in the past new Walking Dead seasons have been available at the beginning of September. Check out the covers below:

Will you be picking these up in August? Let us know in the comments!
What about the MacFarlane limited edition?
Those are usually revealed in August, if I remember correctly. I’m waiting on it… but I’m also still waiting on a price drop of the latest two.
I feel bad for anyone who spends money on this dumpster fire of a season….
