Except for Hershel’s head, I don’t think we’ve seen a main character turn Walker since Shane. Seems like its time for that. I bet it will be Walker Bob…or Walker Glenn. Wait, forgot about Merle….not sure he counts since he really wasn’t in the show THAT much.

how about a walker Carol? think its time for her to go

  3. Ty Cheman March 20, 2014 at 10:57 am - Reply

It is VERY VERY interesting that we are seeing Carol and Tyreese playing out this long; knowing that they do not survive past the attack on the prison in the books. I have a theory that Tara is a substitute character for Holly; and Bob is for Gabriel. thoughts????

    • Kab March 20, 2014 at 11:01 am - Reply

Carol, at least, is also a very, very different character than she is in the books. Also keep in mind, Sophia is still alive in the comics but died quite a ways back in the show. Tara may be somewhat based off of Holly, but I don’t see it. Plus Tara is a lesbian, isn’t she? That wouldn’t fit with her being based off of Holly. And Bob does exist in the comics, although his character is pretty different, although both are alcoholics. I’d say he’s definitely not based off of Gabriel.

I think carol is a mystery, i feel like the show is not even done yet with her character arc, i think theyll keep suprising us with her, it was like how shocked everyone was when tdog made it all the way to season3, but i think beth or sacha is gonna bite the bullet cuz, i think theres nowhere else to go with their characters, beth was there to make daryl hope again, and she is gonna die which will probably lead to daryl finding it back in carol, theres something special about them 2

  5. Bastet March 20, 2014 at 11:10 am - Reply

I voted Glenn. I just feel like there’s more in store for Bob & Sasha, Carol & Ty; Beth was just starting to shine, we haven’t seen enough of Abraham, Eugene, Rosita, & Tara for them to have earned their death, Rick, Carl, & Judith will be around, & I don’t think they’d take Maggie before Glenn. That leaves The Immortal Daryl, who would be my #2 pick, especially for Tainted Meat purposes!

    • Stuart Ormston March 20, 2014 at 3:22 pm - Reply

Noooooooo not glen. He has a date with a girl called Lucille somewhere down the line but not yet surely 🙁

      • Ressler23 March 20, 2014 at 7:00 pm - Reply

No way Glenn dies from lucille on TV, way too obvious. Feel bad for the replacement though lol.

        • Stuart Ormston March 21, 2014 at 2:09 am - Reply

Honestly I Don’t think any of these characters will die next, it will be something left field, killing off main characters at the mid season and end season every year will stop me from getting attached to any character cause I know they aren’t going to be around for to long. I would rather we had the group reunite and then face something new, something dangerous, something terminus. . .

          • Bastet March 21, 2014 at 2:15 am

I agree, but although the article mentioned this Sunday, I didn’t take it as a death this season. I posted somewhere else that I’d be surprised if we saw another death before the season ends. Even Gimple’s interview says that the bleak doesn’t work without having some happiness put it. So I think we may see some roughhousing of Daryl but that’s it. The rest–at least one reunion–will probably help us get over Lizzie.

i think bob is going to go next he seems like the week link in the group and he drinks to and puts his feelings first that could coast them

  8. joyce March 20, 2014 at 11:55 am - Reply

Carol has been thru alot, husband was abusive, lost her daughter. She has alot of back bone…and since they brought her back, I then its going to be glenn. He thinks he is bad/ butt..But I only wait to see..Sunday Night will tell. No one has been killed except crazy lizzy when she killed her own sister. That was un-called for.. That made me mad.

  9. Jason Thomas March 20, 2014 at 12:05 pm - Reply

I think Joe and his crew will be gone I think Daryl will try to leave them and he will have to pick them off one by one to get away. .

  10. Adam Jensen March 20, 2014 at 12:05 pm - Reply

Let’s face it 😀 Rick, Carl and Michone seems just about too Important to die (until the very last episode that is :c[maybe ^^]) Daryl has shown us that he’s too badass for zombies, common survivors and now Bikers ._. no need to kill him just yet. Tyresse might go, because he seems to be too friendly (which kills #T-Dog #Hershel #Dale [May he Rest in peace :c]) :c Even though he’s MC hammer time himself o.0 I think it’s Eugene Since he might end the Series to quickly :I (Even though he’s just a retarded person who thinks he knows all about the zombies ^^)

  11. Jeff March March 20, 2014 at 12:50 pm - Reply

I voted for Eugene, his intent is to goto DC. Although they do goto DC in the comics , I don’t see them going to DC on The TV show. So by him dying they don’t have a real reason to head to D , plus the actor who plays Eugene is on Talking Dead this week

    • Alina Renee March 20, 2014 at 5:25 pm - Reply

usually a person who dies is a mystery guest so i think he’s safe. plus he’s a big character in the comics, still alive even, and he’s very useful later on. they’ve got a lot of story for the three “new” guys and a lot of comic readers would be pissed (including me!) to see any of them go so quickly

  12. RetroSteveUK March 20, 2014 at 1:07 pm - Reply

Carol, because her story arc has reached a natural end. I think she’ll die sacrificing herself for somebody.

  13. Theundeadloverxo March 20, 2014 at 1:07 pm - Reply

Melissa (Carol) needs to stay to the very last moment!!
    She’s my everything!!

  14. Joe_Carrol March 20, 2014 at 1:38 pm - Reply

Interesting that Michonne isn’t on this list?

  15. Kiernan Wagner March 20, 2014 at 2:05 pm - Reply

I feel like its gonna be Glenn. Here’s why: He would be the next to die in the comics, they’ve been really playing down his character, and after Maggie’s whole journey to find him, it would have everyone emotionally spent. It could also be Sasha, she has no comic counterpart and currently without the flu being spread, is pretty unimportant to the story.

    • Alina Renee March 20, 2014 at 5:20 pm - Reply

he’s not the next to die in the comics. if we’re going off of it, he died in issue 100 and we just passed the ben/billy storyline which was somewhere in the 40s i think. if anyone’s gonna die from the comics, it’ll be the people who’ve already died like Tyreese, Carol, Beth (all the Greene’s but Maggie are gone), etc. if they’re indeed going off the comic in order now.

  16. Dan Drago March 20, 2014 at 2:16 pm - Reply

Without giving anything away, I have a gut feeling that Bob Stookey is going to play (from the comics) the Dale plot with the marauders.

  17. Chelsey Antus March 20, 2014 at 2:34 pm - Reply

I think its going to be Glenn,if you read the comics, his death is coming up.

  18. Ricardo Colombo March 20, 2014 at 3:48 pm - Reply

As we saw with Woodbury, Tyreese is too trusting of strangers offering shelter. If Terminus is a cannibal trap, he’s the most likely to fall for it.

  19. Sara Lynn Crow March 20, 2014 at 4:08 pm - Reply

Looks like we all want it to be Beth haha

  20. Greg March 20, 2014 at 5:41 pm - Reply

    My vote is Bob Stookey.

Well In the comic, After the boys death then Dale gets killed by a walker infection in the shoulder. Nobody didn’t see a walker attack Dale. In the “Alone” episode, Shasa thought that Bob got scratched in the shoulder by a walker but Bob said, he didn’t get scratched in the Shoulder. Nobody didn’t see Bob got scratched in the shoulder by a walker because it was foggy in that episode. So, Bob is the tainted meat

Now, Why is Beth is on top of the Pole? If Beth dies we riot. I’m just saying lol.

I really don’t think, Glenn is not going to die because if you read issue 56. Abraham thinks that Glenn wife was dead but she wasn’t. In the T.V., Abraham still thinks Glenn wife is dead but Glenn is trying to prove Abraham is wrong about his wife.

If, Eugene gets kill in the next episode. I will be MAD because Eugene is the important character in the T.V./Comic.

    • disqus_Tb4SxGp8C1 March 26, 2014 at 2:58 pm - Reply

Actually he isn’t. In the comics Eugene is a liar. He claims to know what started it all in both comics and tv show but he’s just a high school science teacher and its a walkie talkie. So he’s really not the most important character.

      • Greg March 26, 2014 at 4:38 pm - Reply

To me. Yes, Eugene is the important character in the Comic/TV. He had developed a way to cast bullet to create bullet. Meaning, he can’t never run out of bullet. Infinite ammunition. So, he is the most valuable character in the series. So, “Curing the infection… One bullet at a time…” lol

    • Donna Angeles March 30, 2014 at 2:09 am - Reply

Exactly right? Why Beth? Don’t cut her off pls

  21. Jonsky March 20, 2014 at 5:54 pm - Reply

Who ever voted for the original cast (Rick, Carl, Darryl, Glen, Carol, Maggie and Beth) to die next is a passersby and not a true fan. They probably haven’t watch the show from the very first season.

Long live Maggie!!!…and OK Glen as well.

  24. Ressler23 March 20, 2014 at 6:14 pm - Reply

I think Daryl, but maybe not it just seems he has everything stacked against him. I would hate to wach Ty die, Chad is such a phenomenal actor. There is just too many options because we don’t know who reaches Terminus first or if they reach it as a group. With that said I truely think Rick will rescue Daryl in the finale or the opposite way around and Daryl dies a hero’s death. If not I rather see Bob go next and be tainted meat, but everyone has a bad vibe on the Beth situation so she will probably die season 5 at some point. I think it all comes down to who meets up with who first so the small groups are not as vulnerable. Strength in numbers!!!!

  25. James Alexander Gillies March 20, 2014 at 7:20 pm - Reply

The good always die young on the walking dead. That is why Beth must die
I’m betting while getting drunk again. Probably after finding a way to escape, that is if she actually got in the car. I think she was running away after a confrontation with the driver. Daryl might have run after the car too fast.

  26. Stuart Ormston March 21, 2014 at 2:16 am - Reply

love how everyone votes for beth just because she is missing, i mean really we never saw her taken, it could be a kidnap but it could just as easily be someone trying to get her to safety, all be it against her will.

  27. Lawrence Miller March 21, 2014 at 1:54 pm - Reply

I think it should end when after rummaging through heaven knows how many houses and finding food, ammunition, medications etc., it finally dawns on them to pick up a new pair of socks or a t-shirt.

  28. SlipS March 21, 2014 at 5:35 pm - Reply

Tara will die first for sure. The Hunters did say that women taste better right?

  29. K.Christian March 22, 2014 at 1:45 pm - Reply

Bob!! I want Maggie and Glen to reunite and I def want rick to at least see his baby 1 more time!! For us watchers…why are u telling the story i.e. comic book info…… I love them all…except for ppl who aren’t original who’s names I’m like who the hell is…but Michonne not on that list cuz that bitch is a rider!!

  30. Joseph Hutson March 22, 2014 at 3:07 pm - Reply

Tyreese……the shoulder and biten or Beth….sacrifice….boohoo!

  31. strgzer March 22, 2014 at 6:50 pm - Reply

Sasha is next just cuz she has no major story line. Bob has ways to go and all of the rest r major characters. The season opener for the fall is when one of them will die. I just keep thinking of Glenn and how he goes in the comics and I do not want that to happen on the show cuz I luv him 2 much! It would kill me!

  32. Ferr Rhomon March 23, 2014 at 6:57 am - Reply

Carol needs to die soon. Why the fuck we saw her going away (and give development for Daryl!) when we are seeing her alive at this moment? This is the same bullshit with Judith.

  33. skyler west March 23, 2014 at 10:16 am - Reply

Beth was kidnapped and most people who are kidnap die. So do the math people.

  34. Tony Exile March 25, 2014 at 6:27 am - Reply

I thought Kirkman had come out and said that someone was supposed to die this season who is still alive in the comics. It was played up to be a pretty major thing I thought, unless my memory betrays me.

Andrew Lincoln is gonna be on the talking dead next week… O_o

  36. fluidpockets April 2, 2014 at 8:38 am - Reply

If you just use clues from the TV Show (no references to comics) who will probably die and why? What causes their death?

    • Bastet April 2, 2014 at 8:49 am - Reply

It gets hard to totally ignore the comic influence. I’d have to go with Tara, simply because she’s favoring her ankle. Beth is, too, but Beth’s character has just started to evolve, so I feel there will be more show time for her. So Tara could lag behind & get taken out by the Termini.
