Playing the Odds: Who Will Survive?

THR has a nice little write up which not only features the cast and crew dishing on survivability, they rate the odds that each character will die this season. We love it!

Here are a couple notables:

Glenn: 50% (uh oh, Glenn)
Rick: .001%
Michonne: 1%

We don’t want to give away the whole thing, but you should hit up The Hollywood Reporter and check it out, then come back here to discuss. Lesley knows her stuff, she’s a comic fan and does her homework so it will be interesting to see how her predictions play out!

    LOL Glenn is 50%

Isn’t everything in life 50-50? It’s either yes or no; it is or it isn’t. 50% chance of survival means the same thing as 0% or 100% 😛

Not trying to be a dick, but the article you linked to that supposedly knows what they are talking about said this:

“Also yet to be explored: How Rick will respond to Abraham’s mission to D.C., especially considering the former has already seen what Washington looks like after his journey to the CDC.”

Forget that it was even explicitly stated in the show, with the current Ebola state of affairs, who doesn’t know that the CDC is in Atlanta right now? What an embarrassing mistake for the writer to make.

The only people who die this season [SPECULATION REMOVED-true or not, that’s an asshole move.]

How very fortunate we are to have an undercover show crew member in our midst to give us all the juicy details so that we don’t have to waste time having fun speculating what’s gonna happen! Now we don’t have to watch the show that we wait so anxiously to see every week!!

Oh wait…it’s one of these fucking idiots that follow these other fucking idiots that have no life but to hide out in the woods all day long & try to peep through the trees to the chagrin of almost every cast member that I’ve read an interview on. You guys know the type….the ones whose fandom cross over into the stalking territory. Those poor souls who, deep down inside, realize just how stupid they are and the only way they can cope is to try and make you feel like they know more than you do.

Bummer….I was REALLY hoping that someone with some REAL information backed by CREDIBILITY would come along & SPOIL ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON TV for me.

Are you fucking kidding me?! GET LOST ALREADY!!!

Is that so? And where did you find this information which has ruined the show for you and others? You think you are getting a laugh from this but all you are doing is wasting the precious time you have left on this world. You are wasting time that could be done doing something that can benefit everyone. Before you know it you will be dead and people will remember you as that loser who spoiled shows. Is that who you want to be remembered as?

Ishmael – Spoilers like that deserves total hatred.

I hope you get a really bad wedgey for Christmas. I hate people like you, and when the ZA starts I would feed you to a walker. Come near my group and we shoot you.

Ishmael is the reason I tend to stay away from comments on shows that I like. What is the point in posting something like that? How awesome would it be to have todays television shows mixed with the pre-internet era? How much better would shows like the Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad etc. be? I think John Lennon said it best in his song ‘Imagine’: ‘Imagine there is no internet. It’s pretty hard to do. Imagine there are no spoilers. Then we’d wonder: What Would Rick Do?’

He’d go Full Shane, Total Governor, & No Turning Back Negan on this Ishmael turd & I’d back ’em all the way.

Ishmael you are a fucking douche. Nobody here wants to read your bullshit spoilers. Brian can you please ban this asshole from the boards?

Rick dies in episode 2. Carol and Abraham get married in episode 6. Episode 9 is the Game of Thrones crossover episode.

    I have spoken.

Ishmael you smell like horse shit . I hope a pack of wolves chew your balls off . I hope a group of little people take hammers and beat your knee caps in . I hope someone washes all your clothes in hot water . I hope a leperchaun steals all your left shoes . I hope you lose your car keys behind the toilet after you pooped . I hope your boyfriend leaves you at the altar on your wedding day . I also hope no one buys you a present .

An open letter to Robert Kirkman:

What is the walking dead anyway? Surely not the comic shops that sell the books or the directors of the show or even the people that are paid to represent it. It’s not the Television contracts, marketing departments or executive producers.

Its the passion, the feeling of belonging, its someone entering a comic book store for the first time and picking up the walking dead and gawping at the beautifully crafted art and interwinding storytelling, and without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.

    It’s the fans.

This site used to be for the fans, fans that shared a passion for a show and a comic, unfortunately that no longer seems to be the case . It is now a site that plays second fiddle to twitter and Facebook and is littered with unmoderated comments from people that deliberately set out to spoil the enjoyment of other.

My point is this, though I have took my time making it, the walking dead is for the the fans and the quality of this site is a direct reflection on yourself, and unfortunately this site is not holding its own right now, and is no longer the place I used come to 20-30 times a day. Take from that what you will.
