Dwight changed sides, Daryl stepped up, and Tara almost sabotaged her own people in the latest episode of The Walking Dead. See how it all affected our character Power Rankings for Week Eleven.
1. Negan
Negan is ready to kick Rick’s group while they’re down – and we wouldn’t be surprised if he did it with a walker gut-covered boot. Instead of killing him and his allies at The Hilltop, Negan plans on ambushing them and turning them into the undead. The only question is – can he pull it off?
2. Maggie
Maggie’s still firmly in charge of The Hilltop – which is good because they’re going to need her leadership in a few episodes.
3. Rick
Rick wasn’t featured in this episode but he does return to Hilltop in Episode 812.
4. Simon
Simon is poised to have a HUGE episode next week – so until then we’re keeping him in this spot.
5. Daryl (+1)
Daryl safely escorted his people to Hilltop AND yelled at Tara for letting Dwight go, so for that we’re moving him up a spot.
6. Michonne (-1)
Michonne’s only getting moved down to make room for Daryl.
7. Ezekiel
Ezekiel’s been pretty quiet since the Mid-Season Premiere, but he still rules over The Kingdom so we’re not inclined to move him.
8. Cyndie
Oceanside leader Cyndie will be critical to All Out War as the season progresses.
9. Eugene (+8)
Eugene is that co-worker who despite constantly falling asleep at their job gets promoted anyway. In this episode Eugene was given his own outpost and work force to manufacture ammunition for Negan. For that, he’s getting a huge bump.
10. Dwight (+2)
The jury’s still out on whether Dwight intended to re-join the Saviors or not, but either way he holds a lot of power playing both sides.
11. Carol (-2)
Since folks like Dwight and Eugene have been rising in the ranks we’re forced to move Carol down.
12. Morgan (-2)
Same goes for Morgan. Also, we can’t decide whether him tutoring Henry is a good or bad idea. I mean, what could go wrong?
13. Aaron (-1)
Persuading Oceanside to side with him will be a tall task for Aaron. Until he conquers it we’re moving him down.
14. Jesus (-2)
Jesus is getting moved down because so many others moved up.
15. Rosita (+1)
Rosita (mostly) kept her cool this episode and helped Daryl escort the helpless Alexandrians back to Hilltop safely. For that, she gets a slight promotion.
16. Tara (-1)
We get it Tara, you’re upset that Dwight killed your girlfriend (even though he was aiming for Daryl). But snap out of it, we have a war to win! you can’t kill our best asset!
17. Enid (-3)
Poor Enid, losing Carl will have a huge impact on her. Until we see her bounce back we’re moving her down.
18. Father Gabriel (+3)
Gabriel may have lost his friend and captured by the Saviors, but his literal blind courage this episode gave him power. Even though he’s stuck sorting ammo for Eugene, he’s still better off than he was.
19. Jerry (-3)
Jerry’s absence is the only reason behind his fall down the rankings.
20. Henry (-1)
Henry is a badass and we love it, but since others moved up we’re moving him down.
21. Jadis (-1)
Jadis is getting moved down because her future is uncertain. Until we see her again we’re keeping her near the bottom.
22. Gregory
Speaking of the bottom – it’s Gregory! Sure, he got his wish of stretching his legs outside the pen, but he’s still a prisoner in her own community. For that, we’re ranking him dead last.

I just don’t understand why some people are on this list, and why others who have no power really (The good Father) would somehow move up? Yes he is better off sorting ammo but I don’t see how this gives him power…
