Even though Deanna redeemed herself towards the end, I was a bit surprised she wasn’t considered as a villain. Always remember Reagan’s quote, “The most terrifying words in the English language are: I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” And even in the apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead, Deanna personified that as a great villain keeping reign over a whole community all the while putting them at the most jeopardy all in the name of the government believing it knows better than you!

Shane wasn’t quite the same type of villain as The Gov/Negan but overall, he was far more entertaining. So do I vote for the most evil or who I preferred?

It’s definitely going to be between Shane and Governor. If it was the comic version and not the TV version then I would have picked Negan instead of Shane.
