Good episode. All my saves erased because I switched from 7 to 8.1 (dont regret a thing) and I went in with some decent choices. Whats her name is really annoying. Carloss daughter..and IM sorta glad shes lost. IM not looking forward her being found, but nonetheless, the hype for the next episode is there. Kenny was a total badass once again, but I dont like how he talked about Duck. Duck was his son and he should have a little bit of more respect towards him. I guess that is how he is dealing with his loss. I dont like to jump on the bandwagon and try to come up with some next episode prediction but im going to guess that LEE is going to appear…UH jk. Who cares. Ill just wait a few months and play the story to see what happens.

Great episode! Stories and characters get better and better. The comic writers could use a lesson from the game writers at the moment!

Great episode, bringing tension and nice reminders from other episodes. It just keeps getting better and better. Can not wait for the next episode!

Loving it! i really liked how they took an unexpected turn and killed off carver, youd think he would remain the main villain for the coming episodes

Awesome episode, I loved how the jackasses Bill and Troy died

Got no idea what gonna be now, that is some nice writing. Shame that Carver was killed off so soon.

Those last 2 choices were true walking dead material! best episode so far!

  12. MrTwicez May 13, 2014 at 1:56 pm - Reply

Kenny has earn my respect. I was so glad the Kenny killed Bill. I was screaming at my screen saying “F***ING KILL HIM KENNY! KILL HIM!” I’m so relieved he is dead. Can’t ask for a better episode.

That was just amazing, the final choice had my heart pounding and Carvers death was the most satisfying of the series. Telltale is so amazing at capturing Kirkmans Walking Dead universe and this episode proves just that.

  14. TheRoadWarrior May 13, 2014 at 2:22 pm - Reply

Best episode of S2. I can’t believe you’re getting even better. Amazing writers, amazing team!

Jane is one of my favorite characters. I kinda knew she was getting Troy to let his guard down. She is the best

Bonnie has redeemed herself in my eyes. Didn’t really like her much before. It was cool seeing all the 400 days characters scattered about. I had a feeling Jane was going to be awesome, and Mike’s not too bad either. Telltale really got me with that last choice. I thought I knew exactly what to do, and it blew up in my face.

  18. Thomas May 13, 2014 at 7:47 pm - Reply

From the first time she spoke, I loved Jane. We need an ass-kicking female. Also, Kenny was great in this episode. I have never been so worried as when Carver was beating him down.

    • Jonathon Moreau May 14, 2014 at 6:50 pm - Reply

I don’t trust her at all. She’s tough… But that shit about how all the characters are “dragging Clem down” for the sneak peak of the next episode makes me think she might be TOO tough for her (and everyone’s) good.

  19. Thomas May 13, 2014 at 7:53 pm - Reply

I honestly have no clue how the next two episodes will play out. My guess would have been (if they had just escaped) that Carver and the rest of the crew come and get them. However, without Carver to lead them, I don’t think that’ll happen. But I GUARANTEE we haven’t seen the last of the 400 days crew (not including Bonnie).

As far as Kenny and Carver’s stories went it was good, but the control of Clementine felt a little bit limited. Not as good as last episode, but not in any way a bad one, the ending was good as well.

I thought it was a really well written episode, it did feel a little bit limited to play but had me on the edge of my seat, especially the ending. I’m glad luke is alive. I thought maybe he had been bitten cause he looked so ill. I think im going to wait too both the next two episodes are out , then play it, cause its quite short, and i just cant wait to play the next one. Brilliant though.

I really liked this episode Kenny is a great character he definitely makes the game more interesting he is tough.

That was a fantastic episode. Back in December I remember looking at the title screens for all of the episodes and the one that really caught my eye was the fourth one (it’s really intriguing) so needless to say I’m super excited for it. I’m still going to be unbelievably pissed off if Clem dies in the end though…

  25. Glenn24Rhee May 14, 2014 at 7:40 pm - Reply

Sarah breaks down; knew it. Sarita though; I hope she survives. Carlos dies; shocker. Carver dies; awesome. These people just might get Clem killed.

    • Kevin Andrews May 14, 2014 at 8:14 pm - Reply

“These people just might get Clem killed.” I don’t know. Looking at the end of Ep. 3 and the people who are left (and the new faces who have entered into the group) I say overall they are capable individuals. I mean, they sort of have to be since they have survived years into the apocalypse at this point. I think she’s better off with them than the alternative which would be alone at age 11.

    • Zyphon May 15, 2014 at 4:02 am - Reply

Well, now we’ve got Kenny, Mike, Bonnie, Jane, Luke… I think she’ll be okay.

  26. Marco May 14, 2014 at 10:03 pm - Reply

Go Kenny!!, He went all Michone on Carver like a pro, and of course I stayed and watched. 😛

  27. Cassi May 14, 2014 at 10:59 pm - Reply

Oh how sweet it was to get revenge on Carver. I knew I would take that opportunity if it were presented the second he smacked Clem down in the opening of the episode. All the other stuff he did was just fuel to the fire. Not sure how I feel about Jane. I didn’t like her telling Clem the group was dragging her down. I wonder if Clem will be presented with the opportunity at some point to go off on her own or stay with the group. I replayed all of season 1, 400 days and the first two episodes of two on the PC version (sticking with all my original choices because I think that’s the best way to play the game) just to get episode 3 a day earlier lol. It was worth it but I also had an interesting perspective on Kenny going into the latest episode because I kind of forgot what he went through in season 1. Oh can anyone tell me where Vince showed up in the episode? He was my favorite character in 400 days but he was the only one that didn’t go with Tavia in my playthrough

I loved this episode. Carver got what he deserved. I have been enjoying this more focused narrative for Clementine and I am glad Carver died now as he went out on top as a palpable villain and now we can drag the story in a more journey narrative especially with only two episodes left. I can only assume that now we are going to see what happens to help move the gang more towards their original goal.

In my opinion, this was the single best installment of any series in the entire Walking Dead Franchise. I was just absolutely fantastic in every single way. Shocking, dark violent, sad. The choices in this episode were insane, and some of the death’s were so horribly sad…

Also, Kenny is solidly now my favorite character in the entire franchise, putting him “In Harm’s Way” to protect Clementine.

Did anyone notice that hippie henchman of carvers? I think that was one of the characters from 400 days.

I kinda wish Kenny didn’t kill carver tho, i was startin to like him. Although it was pretty sweet.

As much as I love Kenny, I have a bad feeling he’s turning into a governor like character. Its the eye patch, the hair and his whole demeanour is changing…
