How will the numbers be distributed? Like the silkscreen print that's numbered 1 thru 100. Is it random or does it go by order of purchase?
One other thing, you're going to have to submit your shirt size when you add the item to your cart.
What brand of shirt is it? I just wonder because I know American Apparel shirts run very small so I normally order a L instead of a medium in that brand.
@Mike - They should be in order of sale.
@Bercana - I'd go larger.
F**K!!! I can't order because I'm from Canada and your checkout process doesn't understand my postal code and can't calculate shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oops! Sorry about my last post. I didn't noticed there was separate billing and shipping addresses and the shipping version didn't auto-fill my postal code. I clicked the "same as billing" and all is good now. Haha. Sorry... was in a mad rush panic to complete the order. LOL :o)
Oh, that's great. I add to cart at 12:00, i enter cc info and address at 12:02, it's out of stock. What a cluster F. Thanks for nothing.
Sold out pretty quick...5-7 minutes by my watch.
So I think its safe to say that this item sold out?
If so, that was pretty fast!
A quote for Mike...Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength. - Eric Hoffer
3 minutes, FishTaco. All 100 sold out in 3 minutes.
I will weep if the SDCC Michonne goes that quickly.
And has everyone seen how much the TWD #100 SDCC Obsticle Course cover is going for on Ebay? And the damn book hasn't even been released yet!!!
Thanks Shaw for all of your help and quick responses.
Hey Everyone. Thanks again for participating (or not) in the sale.
We <3 you Shawn!!!!!!
Seems a lot of sour grapes in here, if you didnt get one so be it, don't start slagging it off for that reason!!
Sour grapes is seeing 11 of the box sets listed on Ebay within an hour of the sale ending and each listed at twice the Skybound price. People buying them for the sole purpose of reselling them is what pisses off the real fans.
Maybe next time hold a lottery for a chance at an "exclusive" item. Or personalizing each item. Personalizing an item like the silk screened box would almost surely guarentee that the people who really want them for themselves (and not to just resell them) would be able to snag one up.
Kirkman and Adlard took the time to sign a few of the items in the set anyways, so what a few extra seconds to write "To So-and-So" on one. That would be some serious fan appreciation *wink wink nudge nudge*
(If anyone even reads this thread anymore)
@Adam - I remember Adam Hughes signing a con sketch "To EBay Buyer" once.
I was unlucky....:( Congrats to the ones who were lucky enough to buy one...to the ones selling them on ebay....you can rot in hell....
How the hell are you complaining about 250 dollars for a Limited Edition 100 sets made.
Morons.
Shawn; I've always admired AH!. I'm glad he has a sense of humor about it.
Hence the reason that one guy who used to draw TWD personalizes his sketches. Ebay is a blessing and a curse.
