Hi Guys,

Hope everyone is ready for a great holiday weekend!

Just so everyone knows, this cover was printed up with the first print run back in July. These are different than the signed books that were sent to retailers. This has a card stock cover and a red foil logo. Hope that helps clarify some things.

I too am quite annoyed. First the limited to 500 appreciation signed copies come out. Then you see 'unsigned' ones being sold causing CGC to discontinue the yellow label for the signed copies due to these unsigned ones sneaking into the marketplace. Now there's a new one with the same cover only printed on different paper? Will CGC be distinguishing this as a separate variant? And those Hero Initiative covers haven't even come out. Will you be releasing different covers to issue #100 when issue #200 comes out?

Ah, yet again the civility of Walking fans continues to impress me. Clearly something keeps you coming back otherwise you'd be enjoying the holiday with your families and not online at a comic book site.

Effin classic:

Are you not also online on a comic book site or are you somehow enjoying the holidays with family and magically posting without being on this site?

Wait a second. Is this true regarding what "Money Grab" just said regarding the "500 Appreciation signed" copy? I just paid for one and was about to submit to CGC. Can someone confirm this, thanks

Looks like there's a few anonymous trolls visiting us today. Apparently they can copy and paste from other boards too.

If you're going to sell this product, at least be truthful about it. It IS NOT the rarest Walking Dead comic available.

@Walking Dead Fan - I adjusted the text. We don't want you or our Serbian publisher to be upset. ;)

LOL. Okay, i can respect that. Thanks

Hi to all 'other' board members,

Just a thought, but if you want to spew hate...be man enough to post your real name.

Sad,
JJ

Hey Blueorangeny31 don't sub your copy unless you want a green label. Check the CGC forums for more info under the signature room section. Someone either printed extras that were not signed or just outright stole them from wherever these were printed at and started selling unsigned copies on eBay.

Hey JJ.

I might buy one of these just to get some sigs on it and maybe a remark from Adlard or Moore on it. Would be a nice Sig Series book.

Shawn, Will this be the rarest walking dead #100 comic? What about the Hero initiative sketches that are going to be auctioned off? I thought there would only be 100 of those. And is there an update as to when that will happen?

And I posted originally under 'money grab' just to be clear. Not trolling. Just frustrated as I feel like we are told one thing from Image/Skybound and then things like this happen.

And yes, blueorangeny31, if you didn't submit yet, you will get a green label from CGC due to either the extra unsigned copies that made their way to the market. Rumor was that the people that work at Image were all given unsigned copies but who knows what the truth is.

@Mike - Hi Huge! I thought you said "A couple of those are mine. ;)". The power of anonymity is strong with this one. ;)

OK, you got me. Totally forgot about the Hero Initiative cover. So this is "one of" the rarest covers. Congrats, you win a No-Prize. Wait, wrong company. :P

Anyways, have a great Thanksgiving!

Haha. The other one of mine was me yelling at that Alex guy for being annoying. But it was deleted so I didn't feel the need to claim a post that didn't exist anymore.

And I wasn't trying to 'get' anyone. I was honestly asking what was going on with those. And as a prize, if you'd give me a 5 minute head start to buying one of these, I'd gladly accept.

No hard feelings. :)

How will this book be packaged and shipped? I certainly don't want to spend $250 on a book that's poorly handled by either the packager or the postal carrier.

November 21, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterShipping method??

Wait I'm confused. This IS the line for Turboman dolls right???

November 21, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterMat Fry

Love it!

I'm going to throw this out there because I've said it elsewhere, a variant that would be sick and unique would be one cover to cover drawn by a guest artist. So you get your regular Adlard edition for example then also put out a 1:20 McFarlane edition or something like that.

Keep doing what you're doing, it's keeping comic fans in tizzied debates.

Really disappointed about the non stop variants since issue 100. Kirkman really does laugh at all of this as we can see in the pages of Invincible 97... My one question? WHY? Doesn't the TV and merchandising make enough not to screw around so much with the Comic book. Isn't anything holy?

Signed Concerned Fan?

There is that better? <3
